Large capacity, versatile floor box
The OE Elsafe CONDOR Floor Box provides an excellent solution for power, data and AV requirements in open spaces. CONDOR provides services directly to workstations, conference and training rooms, where other access is not practical.
Fast and easy installation
The CONDOR Floor Box is designed for use in concrete floors, raised access floors, wooden stage floors and computer floor applications. Designed with enough space to allow for cable storage inside in the box when not in use. Condor also features a recessed lid which accommodates carpet or tiles allowing discrete merging with its surroundings.
Configuration |
The CONDOR floor box can be configured with a combination of power and data/AV. Other configuration options include pre-fitted 20A starters and optional AV plates that accept 2 x double MAAP can also be fitted to allow for on-site AV installations. |
Construction |
CONDOR comprises of a fire retardant, halogen free PC/ABS lid reinforced with a 4mm steel plate. The chassis is fabricated from powder coated 1.2mm mild steel. |
Lid Options |
Recessed to accommodate material matching the floor i.e. tile or carpet. Recessed to accommodate material matching the floor i.e. tile or carpet with a Messenger floor grommet fitted for umbilical connection. All CONDOR lids are removable and reversible. |
Colour Options |
Lid/Frame – Dark Grey Chassis – Yellow powder coated Power, TUF and data/AV fascia’s – White, Black, Grey and Red (power only) |

Installation |
CONDOR’s quick and easy (patented) cam and ratchet design allows for fast and easy installation. The CONDOR is designed for use in concrete floors, raised access floors, wooden stage floors and computer floor applications. |
Screed Box |
The CONDOR Screed box provides a method to prepare for floor box installation at the time of construction. This eliminates the inaccuracies associated with boxing in timber or blocking with foam, the screed box can be installed with the conduits and wiring in place before the pouring of the concrete slab. The screed box is supplied with a protective lid to stop concrete ingress and is removed to install the CONDOR floor box at a later stage. Alternatively the CONDOR Screed box can be cut into the existing concrete floor slab. |
